Which is the right Antivirus?
Choosing the right anti-virus program can be a hard decision. Every consumer review says something different about what brand or version is best. When it comes to anti-virus, you get what you pay for. We at Frankenstein Computers base our opinion on the infected systems that we have to disinfect at our repair center. Systems with free anti-virus are more likely to contract a virus than a system with a paid subscription version, with the exception of one (McAfee). Our recommendation for anti-virus is Norton’s Anti-Virus with Anti-Malware. We do not recommend the larger suite packages, as they can be resource hogs and bog down your PC. Always keep your antivirus updated.
