Happy New Year 2016!
I want to start by thanking all of our wonderful clients as we had another record year in 2015 growing our sales and service by 22%! We have added many new happy clients and also still love all of our longstanding ones. We still have many clients that started with us all the way back in 1999 when Frankenstein Computers was born.
With the growth comes a need for a new tech so if anyone would like to work with us or knows of an outstanding tech that is looking for a place to land, please send us your or their resume. We are also going to be making some internal changes to our Help Desk/Billing/Ticketing system this year so that we are able provide even better IT Support and Service.
We are also almost ready to roll out a few exciting new services to our medical clients this year. We have been secretly working on a few things for about a year now and will be unveiling them very soon. We look forward to another great year and will continue to provide outstanding service and a fair price.
