First, we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy out there during this troubled time. We have made a few changes in order to flatten the curve of the Corona Virus. We will continue to provide outstanding support but had to make a few changes to our normal operating procedures.
- Our new hours are 8 to 5, Monday – Friday.
- We are no longer doing onsite support.
- We have increased our remote support functionality.
- We are doing curbside drop off and pick up at the office.
- The majority of our staff is working from home.
We all hope that this pandemic will pass through quickly and that our fellow Americans will rally once we get to the other side.
